Ventilation

Kair™ Heat Recovery Ventilators provide a continuous air change, replacing stale moisture laden air with fresh, warmed air from outside. Kair™ units are easy to fit and provide an effective solution to stale, musty indoor air condensation and mould growth problems in any room in which they are fitted.

Kair™ KHRVWH2000 Heat Recovery Ventilators provide a continuous air change, replacing stale moisture laden air with fresh, warmed air from outside. Kair™ KHRVWH2000 controls condensation and eradicates mould growth problems in house, offices and bungalows and is an integral part of the Kair Hybrid Heat Recovery Systems.

Kair™ Whole House Input Ventilators (Loft units) have been designed to create a continuous input of air (providing a capacity to move a maximum of 375m 3 per hour). This will effectively combat condensation dampness and mould growth and meets or contributes towards the F1 Building Regulation requirements for ventilation. Kair™ Loft units create a continuous drying out process in dwellings and will help provide protection for hygroscopic material such as books, leather goods, wooden furniture, clothing and other fabrics from mould.

Kair™ Trakmaster KHRVF100 Heat Recovery Ventilators provide a continuous air change, replacing stale moisture-laden air with fresh, warmed air from outside. Kair™ Trakmaster KHRVF100 control condensation problems in small flats and bungalows and are an integral part of the Kair ‘Hybrid’ Heat Recovery Systems

ENERGY EFFICIENT
Unlike conventional extractor fans which suck out and waste expensively produced heat, Kair™ Trakmaster KHRVF100 Heat Recovery Ventilators recover up to 65% of exhaust heat, even when operating on boost mode. The world is becoming increasingly aware of the enormous cost of energy production, and this, plus the use of fossil fuels to generate power, is a momentous environmental issue. Extractor fans potentially waste over a million kilowatts of energy every year. This is comparable to the total output of two large power stations. Replacing conventional extractor fans with heat recovery systems could save at least half of that energy loss.
